Venture Scout Unit
簡介 Introduction
深資童軍支部是延續童軍支部之訓練，成員一般皆是在中四時期由童軍支部晉升至深資童軍支部，直至二十一歲為止。深資童軍在領袖的引導下，運用執行委員會制度，以自治和自務方式籌劃活動及訓練，務求在過程中獲得經驗，裝備自己，為童軍及社會培育未來領袖。
The Venture Scout Section continues the training from the Scout Section. Members typically promote from the Scout Section to the Venture Scout Section during Secondary 4 and remain until they are 21 years old. Under the guidance of leaders, Venture Scouts use an Executive Committee system to autonomously plan activities and training. This self-governing and self-programming approach aims to help them gain experience and equip themselves, ultimately nurturing future leaders for both the Scouting community and society.

Youth Involvement and Empowerment
我們期望成員能透過體驗活動、參與訓練和籌劃活動，以訓練其統籌活動的技巧、領導才能，以及拓展視野。十六旅的深資童軍除了在團內以自務自治形式籌辦團內活動，亦會籌備大型活動，以及派員參與旅領袖會議，一同制定旅團決策方針。除此之外，我們亦鼓勵成員跳出旅團，參加地域及總會之深資童軍議會，在不同層面實踐「青年參與決策」，以拓展視野，增廣見聞。
We hope our members can develop their skills in organizing activities, leadership abilities, and broaden their horizons through experiential activities, participating in training, and planning events. In addition to autonomously organizing internal activities, our Venture Scouts also prepare large-scale events and send representatives to participate in Group Leaders' Meetings to help formulate Group policies. Moreover, we encourage members to step beyond the Group and participate in Venture Scout Council. This allows them to practice "Youth Involvement in Decision-making" on various levels, thereby broadening their perspectives and knowledge.
