小隊長會議由團隊長、小隊長及副隊長組成，童軍支部領袖擔任顧問。小隊長除了在小隊內擔任領導角色外，還會在小隊長會議中擔當不同職務，如秘書、財政、物資管理員、訓練主任或資訊科技主任等。簡而言之，小隊長會議的功能包括保持水準、維護團隊榮譽以及規劃未來。

 

The Patrol Leader Council (PLC) comprises the Senior Patrol Leaders, Patrol Leaders, and Assistant Patrol Leaders, with the Troop Leaders serving as advisors. In addition to their role as leaders within their respective patrols, Patrol Leaders also hold various positions in the PLC, such as Secretary, Treasurer, Quartermaster, Training Director, Information Technology Director, etc. In short, the functions of the PLC include maintaining standards, upholding the Troop's honour, and planning for the future.
